THE GRANDMA
​
The Gradma is the most important family role in Central/Southern Italy.
Everything is under her control: the food and the family recipies (passed along generation after generation), the house economy, the education... everything!
The same goes for the Brown Trout.
Everywhere is full of native, wonderful and powerful brown trout, but every now and then on the Apennines you might encounter what we call "The Grandma", the big wild female Trout, patroling the area and passing all her crucial and lasting DNA to the new generation. Does not happen everyday, but if it does well... you will never forget it.

HISTORY, TRADITIONS, CULTURE, FOLKLORE...

We could write three books about all the history that passed along the areas where we will fish, about their food and wine, their traditions and also their mystic superstitions. But even after three books we will have the feeling of having written just a brief introduction.

FISHING:
The best fishing spots will be chosen according to the best water/activity condition. It can be juststream or a combination stream and alpine lake according to the taste.
This trip is Catch&Release only.
